Bend, OR — St. Charles Health System’s Community Benefit department is pleased to announce the completion of Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNAs) and accompanying Implementation Plans for each of the communities served by St. Charles.

Along with the release of these documents, St. Charles will provide access to the tri-county data used in the development of the CHNAs via the website: http://www.stcharleshealthcare.org/Healthy-Communities/CHNA.
After assessing the data, analyzing other criteria and ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and vision, the following community needs have been selected as strategic priorities for 2013-2016 for all four communities served by St. Charles Health System:
- Childhood preventive health and education
- Obesity
