WAGE RANGE:

$10,591 – $13,035 per month (salary under review)

POSITION SUMMARY: The Medical Director of the Community Health Center is a critical member of the administrative team and is responsible for ensuring the delivery of clinical services that guarantee the comprehensive needs of patients are met, are consistent with best clinical practices, and delivered in a manner that is safe, efficient, cost effective, and aligned with strategic goals. The Medical Director ensures an integrated service delivery model that meets all legal, regulatory and accreditation rules, laws and standards. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), valid license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon and at least 5 years of work experience as a physician in a primary care clinical setting with at least 2 years of leadership experience strongly preferred.

We offer comprehensive primary care at four locations including integrated care that encompasses medical, mental health, addictions, public health and dental services. All sites are accredited Patient-Centered Primary Care Home (PCPCH) at tier 3. Our team based care includes physicians, nurses, behavioral specialists, pharmacists, and others.
